After leadership of a laboratory he changed to the industry to work as a referee for BEGO (Bremer Goldschlägerei) holding national and international trainees for milling- and okklusiontechnologie .
Afterwards he changed to Girrbach Dental as leader of the laboratory and project manager for digident CAD/CAM systems.
2002 – 2008 marketing and sales manager at Hint-ELs GmbH.
Since 2008 freelance consultant for CAD/CAM and author in his own company r2dental.
Attendance as a referee at different international congresses.
More than 90 publications about milling technique, occlusion and CAD/CAM in different learned journals.
Author or the technical book ‘Technik der gefrästen Konstruktionselemente’, published by Quintessenz-Verlag 2005.
